Source Machine has up to date CNC turning and milling as well as manual equipment for short run production, prototype, or tooling.

Source Machines highly skilled operators can cut various materials ranging in thickness from .001” to 1.00”.  The CO2 type laser used at SMI is among the most versatile of laser cutting units available.  The table capacity (up to 5’ x 10’) accommodates a wide range of customer needs.

Source Machine has a proven history of quality welding performance utilizing tig, wire, and arc welders.  Due to SMI’s machining capabilities, specialty welding fixtures are no problem to rapidly construct.

From the onset of the company the goal was to provide expedient manufacturing service.  In that light SMI has accumulated the equipment necessary to provide long run, short run, and prototype production.  SMI has assisted many customers in the design and prototype of various products.  Our software is prepared to accept IGES, DXF, and ETC geometry formats if available.

Assembly is a critical area of manufacturing.  Only highly trained personnel are authorized to perform assembly operations.  Documented instructions are provided to assure all aspects of the assembly process are adhered to.
